About the Grand AM
(Spring, 2002 - September, 2003)

We sold this car to a friend of ours (we told him that it was evil, and he still wanted it), so we will continue to post updates here from time to time.

The Grand AM

11-20-04 - The Grand Am is back on the road. Actually, it has been for a while now, I just have not updated this until now. They straightened out the car using chain, a winch, and a nearby tree, if I remember right. Then it went, but it went sideways, so Dan had to get it aligned. Everything looks and goes fine now.

5-29-04 - Dan and the Grand Am got into an accident, which was serious enough to bend a door so that it does not close anymore. For now, the GA is out of commission. Dan hopes to get it fixed though, and drive it once again

3-6-04 - Dan reports that the Grand Am has gone well over 100,000 miles now. He has had to get new front brakes, and replace the drivers side front wheel bearing. Yes, the same one that we already replaced twice. He also says that the car has cut out on him while driving a couple of times, just like it did to us. While he was over this past Sunday, we also noted that his fuel door would not stay shut.
